Processing & Dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. Please allow additional processing time during busy periods, new releases, promotions and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Shipping Rates – Australia

Standard Shipping — $13
Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping — $20
Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days

FREE Standard Shipping is available on orders of $100 or more.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include processing time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances outside of Mia Home’s control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Mia Home is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout. Additional postage charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.

Damaged Orders

We take care when packing every order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Mia Home as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Local Pickup

Where local pickup is available at checkout, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for your pickup confirmation before collecting your order.
